By accessing or using Lucid Solutions' services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services
Lucid Solutions provides AI consulting, workflow automation, AI agents, integrations, software development, and related technology services.
The scope of services for each client will be defined in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Cooperate during implementation
Maintain appropriate access credentials
Ensure they have the necessary rights to any data they provide
Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. Fees and Payment
Fees are specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Lucid Solutions retains ownership of its proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Clients retain ownership of their data and business content.
Deliverables created specifically for the client become the client's property upon full payment.
6. AI Services Disclaimer
AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or unexpected results.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them for business decisions, regulatory compliance, or customer communications.
Lucid Solutions does not guarantee specific business outcomes resulting from the use of AI systems.
7. Insurance & Regulatory Disclaimer
Lucid Solutions provides technology, automation, and AI-related services only.
Lucid Solutions does not act as an insurance broker, insurance intermediary, legal advisor, compliance consultant, or financial advisor. Clients remain solely responsible for ensuring that their operations, communications, products, and services comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements imposed by regulators, insurers, and industry bodies.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and use it only for purposes related to the provision of services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucid Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Lucid Solutions' total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client during the preceding twelve (12) months.
10. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our control may affect service availability.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the applicable agreement.
Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
13. Changes to Terms
Lucid Solutions may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
